Shailendra Kumar Mishra is a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of extensive experience in the consulting industry. Shailendra has been into consulting since the beginning of his career coupled with his BIG 4 accounting firms experience in the beginning and then later on building up a high performing team from scratch. He is a renowned expert in transfer pricing and international taxation and through his expertise of handling complex multinational structures, and he has come up as an authority on advising various complicated business transactions within India.
